Our time-honored methods begin with hand selecting North Carolina oak logs. The tradition continues with extra steps of seasoning and drying lumber, controlling the moisture content of the wood, and using authentic swelled joint construction & interlocking joinery instead of glue. Not only are they built to last, well, they're built to get better!
